We realize that occasionally “real life” intrudes on our initial plans. For this reason, it is our policy to dismiss the first time a guest cancels an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice. In order to maintain adequate rebooking time and to respect the stylist’s schedules, the second time a guest cancels with less than a 24-hour notice, he or she will be subject to a 50% charge of the services booked to the credit card on file. We would greatly appreciate your efforts in canceling appointments in a timely manner.
