Our Policies

  • Confirmations: Please confirm your appointment when we send the confirmation text. It lets us know you will make it to your appointment.
  • Cancellation Fee/ No Shows: We understand that “real life” intrudes on our initial plans. For this reason, our policy is to dismiss the first time a guest cancels an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice. In order to maintain adequate rebooking time and to respect the stylists’ schedules, the second time a guest cancels with less than a 24-hour notice, he or she will be charged a $30 fee.
  • Late Arrival: Please be mindful that arriving at your appointment on time helps the stylist stay on schedule. We book each appointment time accordingly. If you are running behind, please call the salon and let us know. If you arrive more than 15 minutes, we may not have time to complete your service and will have to reschedule for another day.
  • 5-Day Guarantee: We guarantee our work for five days after the date of service, so please let us know if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied within that time. Your experience is important to us, and we are honored to have you as our guest.
  • Custom Color: Custom Color Choice:  If we have already mixed your custom hair color and you change your mind, you will be charged 50% of your service.
